Just login Garena and Join any Game Room.
Then open GarenaIconHack.exe 1 window will pop up, in which you have to write your name correctly (even capslock) like GG.MaRS then write your contry name like. If you are resident of India then write IN.. and write your current level... after entering these information ... a text line will appear like "Replaced 5 entries"

Now open Menu, click change your icon ... and change your avatars
